In just a few weeks a swarm of staff, speakers, techies, volunteers—not to mention thousands of women—will converge on the Veterans Memorial Auditorium in Des Moines, Iowa. It all happens March 12-13, when we raise the curtain on our first 2010 Over the Top event!
