Grace Is a Wide Space – by Patsy Clairmont

Patsy ClairmontI’m so grateful Jesus enables me to change, one groaning effort at a time, and I’m thankful for those folks in my life who have given me the space and time to change. It’s easy (but not loving) to view a person in one light and mentally lock that person into never being different. When that happens, even if the individual changes, she might feel bound to her old behavior when in our predetermined presence.

Grace is a liberating quality—no, let me restate that. Grace is a required quality for family members, mates, moms, servants, and friends. Grace is a wide space, acreage full of forgiveness, humility, acceptance, safety, and love. When I consider what great things the Lord has done for me, grace and friendships make me want to break out bags of confetti, kazoos, and my most outrageous party hat!

Thank God and you Patsy! Your article on Grace was such an answer to prayer! It can be too easy to slip into reacting and responding with the wisdom and opinions of the world and miss an opportunity to seek the wisdom of the Lord which leads to healing and transformation…via Grace, which breaths life into that which seems impossible making it so much more than possible! Praise God

Patsy, you make the revelation of Grace, forgiveness and rest like liquid velvet anointing the spirit of man. Entering into His rest allows our hearts to be full so we can live among the world sharing the love and promises of a Living God. How precious it is living wrapped in His arms. I find it easier to love others because I have.
    God Bless You continuously.
