I have always loved reading books, I probably read 5 books at a time. The Bible is a daily nourishment! Another one is for me to learn something (Right now I am trying to learn french.) Then one on spiritual growth, usually a bible study. And right now I am involved with two bible studies. And then a fluff read, a novel, whatever takes you away! Reading is something I have encourage to my children and grandchildren! Great message.

What makes me feel better is when I reach out and help someone in need. It might be just sharing some encouraging words with them, taking someone out for lunch and “listening” to what is on their mind and heart, or maybe just taking a senior outside for a bit of fresh air and sunshine. Always giving of one self is the best way someone can cheer themselves up. Forget about your momentary trouble (trust that Jesus has it covered) and give of yourself to someone in need.

That’s so sweet. Jesus put others before Himself as well, a stellar, sacred example.

I remember when I was going through a tough time and I went to a bridal shower that I didn’t feel like going to. There was a lot of laughing and I said this is so great that I wish I could bottle it and sell it and the Holy Spirit whispered but it’s already free.

My whole mood has changed since coming back to the Lord and joining the church He had called me too!
Such a turn around from depression to Joy! Now I have friends who love the Lord, am involved in Bible Studies (never knew reading the Bible could bring such Joy!), attending small groups and doing whatever I can to serve the Lord.
Last November attended my first Women of Faith event and have already signed up for this year.
Even started me trying to do better at home and be a better wife.
TV never even came close to this, not did the medication I take which now have started to cut back on.
    All Praise the LORD!

lovely enough.. the songs i enjoy singing most are those that have been composed by women of faith…like wonderful merciful saviour…my jesus,my saviour….above all power and many more others.i love the women of faith so much though miles and miles away i know that God has used you to bless me and many more others out there.may the Lord Jesus continue supplying and enriching you with all the needs of your heart so that you may reach out to the whole world, spreading the good news and elevating souls for our King Jesus…..
