July 11, 2012
At Celebrate What Matters you’ll hear Bible teaching wrapped in compelling stories from new voices and familiar friends. Music will be woven throughout the event with concerts by some of your favorite chart-topping musicians: Amy Grant and Mandisa in some cities, CeCe Winans and Selah in others. But that’s not all! For the first time ever, Ballet Magnificat! will join the Women of Faith Worship Team, accompanied by a live band. The event wraps up with a one-of-a-kind worship experience that pulls musicians, speakers, dancers, scripture, and song together in a multi-layered celebration that will bring you face to face with your Creator and send you home with a song in your heart. You’ll be motivated and inspired (maybe even challenged) to take your relationship with God to the next level!

Sheila Walsh marvels at the way Women of Faith is “finding so many different new ways—using all of the creativity of different arts—to communicate the majesty of God.” At our 2012 events, she says, “There will be elements never seen before … ballet, all sorts of things that will assault every single sense with the message over and over. It won’t be just you hearing it—you’ll be seeing it, experiencing it, feeling like you’re entering in.”Many of you will experience Celebrate What Matters in just a few weeks when the tour begins—but you can get a peek at our new event experience now. In this video, Creative Director Barry Walsh unveils a scale model of our new stage and describes how our new live band, Bible teaching, and integrated worship experience will bring God’s Word to life more than ever before.
