This is Love

At their core, all girls think about the same issues. (That includes “girls” of all ages, by the way.) We all want to be known; we all want to be loved.

And we all are.

You are you. And you are His. It’s not really about the what but the Who. You are seen. You are known. You are loved. This is love.

What is love to you? Share with us below.

God is working to change how girls view real love, their lives, their purpose, their future . . . how to live a life that revolves around God. Women of Faith is excited to bring The Revolve Tour: this is Love to churches nationwide. This unforgettable, high energy, life-changing event includes the dramatic pop experience of Anthem Lights in. A lineup of relatable speakers will help equip teen girls to face this world with self-assurance, grace, compassion, and the knowledge that they are loved by God, just the way they are.

The Revolve Tour: this is Love season starts this weekend in Atlanta, GA! Find a this is Love event near you.

  1. Love to me is when my daughter just calls to chat and tell me about her day. Love to me is when my husband covers me with a blanket when I’m too tired to get out of the chair and I’m cold. Love to me is when my sister comes over to give me a hug when I’ve had a bad day even though her arthritis is hurting her. Love to me is when my grandchild Noah who’s 2 1/2 calls to tell gramma that he went on the potty today. Love to me is having someone there 24/7 to help me through each and every day and that would be The Lord our God.

    Love is a Decision!!!!

let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Love for God and your fellowman is never simply emotion.

To me, love is JESUS!!! A single man chose to die on the
Cross, so that WE can be free! He took the beating
mocking, & humilitation in love for His people. He loved
us so much, that He would die for us!

Love is unconditional under GOD and is non-discriminatory, the sad part is most people don’t convey it in that manner in today’s society. People may love one another but actions speak louder than words so if you love someone SHOW them instead of just telling them, Thats what i believe love is to God and is to me as. well.

I “loved” what was said, in the “I am loved”. It is so true. Unfortunately, there are some out there who want you to believe differently. Please don’t listen to them. This would include, again. unfortunately, Christians. The most important love you can have is God’s love, that love is unconditional, you do not have to earn it, you do not have to be the most beautiful,(because to God you are the most beautiful), you just need to hold on to all the promises the Lord has given us, THAT HE LOVES US, HE DIED FOR US, AND HE WILL BRING US HOME. LOVE IS MEASURED BY WHAT WE HAVE OR DO, IT MEASURE BY HOW WE FOLLOW AND OBEY HIM. Read 1 Corinthians 13, it is the best explanation of love that anyone can give.
1Corinthians 13: 3b “but if I do not have love for others, I would gain nothing”.
1 Corinthians 13: 13 “Three thing will last forever-faith, hope and love-the greatest of theses is love”.

Wanting my husband to love me enough to learn my actual “Love
    Language”. I crave this!!
How do I try to respect him when I feel as though he just really
doesn’t care for me other than roof over our heads and food in
cupboards and fridge for me to cook??
I do really want a good marriage, but have not much hope
right now. Please pray for me!!

Your words probably spark truth to many marriages. I have come to learn that “One size does not fit all.” I don’t mean to sound cliche, but I pray asking God each day bless my marriage, and to show me how to love it again, as well. As I study God’s word I pray, thanking Him for loving me unconditionally; and that my relationship with Him will be strengthened. I pray the same for my marriage. As we seek to strengthen our relationship with God, He will speak to our hearts reminding us of the love He has for us, and how we are to show this same love to one another. Ephesians 5: 22-33; and Colossians 3:16-24; speaks on our behavior as husbands and wives, and for christian households. As wives we love and provide for our husbands; as our husbands should demonstrate love and appreciation for us. It is the Love of God. “Lord, please help husbands to know that the tasks and actions of the wife is Godly Love that she is showing toward them through You. Help husbands to remember that God is Love and not to take for granted the wife that is doing what God would have her to do. I ask that in households, and marriages, that Godly love will prevail. I thank You in Jesus’ Name.”

Genesis 16:13 She gave a name to the Lord who spoke to her. She called him “You are the God who sees me.” That’s because she said, “I have now seen the One who sees me”. …I love this verse and the grace shown in it. Thank you for the thought! (PS, I agree with the statements above. I could go on and on about love of our family, etc., but your thought made me immediately think of this verse that I read in a devo last week. The love of God is what teaches us how to really love each other.)

  12. Love is our willingness to expand in our abundance, success and love and inspire others to do the same in everything we do. As a life coach to middle school and high school girls I have experienced the power of love in so far as it makes me feel good to share my gifts.

in the week I discover what is love, Love is giving your time to same one you love, building peaceful ward’s with that one in talking , discussion made in agreement between you two, adjust to one anther in love , and love is not sexual but Constance agreement of how you and the love one thing to handle life 2samuel 13:1-15 in most man are full of violate women and their they hated them , a good love is when one find Favor from you, love mean is the only one love more than all others women-in the world in your life, love is your kindness toward the love one , the love one is the one you set the royal crown on wedding . one you made to become your queen instead of others , love can make one give great banquet on you to others. ESTHER 2:17-18 but in most man in the world they have what what is call the lustful love of flash which end up with painful life around the world and most beautiful women are cried in pain because of their life marriage living
