SHOW THEM

• Play the preview video at the Sunday morning service. This gives people an idea of what the event is allabout. You can download the video here in MOV format.
  
  
• If a video presentation is not appropriate in your service, set up a table where people gather and have the video playing there. They’ll stop to watch―and that’s your opportunity to tell them more about the event.

TELL THEM

• You can’t beat a good story! If possible, have one or more women from your church share a brief testimony about their Women of Faith experience and what it has meant to them.

HAND IT TO THEM

• Sunday Insert: We've provided a Women of Faith bulletin insert that can be included in your churchbulletin or handed out at the service.  (Visit this page and click on the city you will be attending, this will provide you with the Sunday Insert as well as other materials for printing)
  
  
• Provide Registration Information: Include the following information in your church bulletin
  (a short paragraph is fine – see sample below):
  
  
  • The event information for your city
  • Your contact information
  • Where/how they can sign up

Sample Information:
Join the ladies of (INSERT CHURCH NAME) at Women of Faith’s 2009 event, A Grand New Day, on (INSERT DATE) at (INSERT ARENA).  Sign up at the Women of Faith table in (LOCATION) after today’s service or call Group leader (INSERT NAME) at (INSERT NUMBER) for more information.

SIGN THEM UP

• Set up a place to meet potential group members, give them information and sign them up for the event.
