As president of Texas-based Women of Faith, a division of Thomas Nelson Incorporated, Mary Graham oversees the organization that hosts America's largest women's conference. She also serves as Executive Vice President of Live Events for Thomas Nelson, Inc.
Mary is actively involved both on the conference platform and at the Women of Faith offices. At conferences, she steps into the spotlight to serve as the host for the weekend, working closely with the speakers and musical guests. Back at the office, Mary directs Women of Faith's 90-something employees, supervises the annual budget, works with ministry partners, oversees Women of Faith publishing and recording contracts and helps create new initiatives like the all new teenage girls event, Revolve.
Throughout her career Mary always has been involved with women's ministries. After college she invested 29 years serving with Campus Crusade for Christ International before becoming the Director of International Ministries at Insight for Living, the radio ministry of Dr. Charles Swindoll. She currently serves on the Insight Board of Directors as well as the Executive Committee of the Board. Mary officially began her career with Women of Faith in 1999, but before becoming a full-fledged employee, she volunteered her time to help the conferences run smoothly starting the first year. The youngest of eight brothers and sisters, Mary grew up in a small Oklahoma town. She left Oklahoma to attend California State University, Fresno, where she earned a B.A. in Sociology. Since then, her work has taken her to every continent and every state – which is evidenced by the fact that no matter where Women of Faith goes, Mary is sure to have friends there. |
