How many people can sit in the Connection section at a conference with me?
Answer:
You may register for up to four seats, so that would be 3 friends plus you. This offer is only available while supplies last; once the seats in the Connection Section are sold, we aren't able to add any more.
 
Question:
Are there special needs seating (sign language interpretation, wheelchair and companion seats, etc.) in the Connection seating section?
Answer:
Each arena has special needs seating. There is not special needs seating in the Connection seating section.

How do I become a member?
Answer:
There are several ways you can join! Sign up at a Women of Faith event, call Customer Service at 888-49-FAITH, fax your membership order to our office, OR join online at womenoffaith.com/connection http://www.womenoffaith.com/connection/register2.asp
 
Question:
What does a membership cost?
Answer:
At Events: Members can join or renew for the special on-site price of $29 per year.
By Phone, Fax, Mail, or Online: New members may join for $39 for a 1-year membership. Renewals are $29 per year.
NOTE: Prices are subject to change without notice.

How do I book Connection seating at an event?
Answer:
You may reserve preferred seating in the Connection section by calling Customer Service at 888-493-2484.

I can't log into the Connection website. What do I do?
Answer:

Can I have more than one membership?
Answer:
Yes it's possible, you can accidently have more than one membership. If you have more than one membership please submit a support ticket at http://womenoffaith.site-ym.com/general/?type=CONTACT.
 
Question:
How do I purchase a membership for someone else?
Answer:
Aren’t you a thoughtful gift-giver! There is a place to enter “gift membership” if you order online. If you’re ordering by phone, just tell the Customer Service Representative this is a gift.
 
Question:
What information do I need to provide if I purchase a membership for someone else?
Answer:
You will be asked to provide their first and last names, mailing address, email address, and a contact phone number (of the person for whom you are buying the membership)
 
Question:
I don't have a computer or an email address so I can get my benefits. What are my options?
Answer:
You may use the email address of a friend, neighbor or relative who will let you read them on their computer or print them out for you. (They may enjoy receiving the emails as much as you do!) Another option would be to sign up for a free email account through Yahoo (or a similar company) and use a computer at the public library.
 
Question:
When I register by phone, mail, fax, or Women of Faith Web site, what do I receive?
Answer:
You will receive a thank you gift consisting of a Connection membership button and a copy of the book Glimmers of Grace (available while supplies last, gift may change without notice).
 
Question:
When I register onsite, what do I receive?
Answer:
When you register at a 2010 event you will receive a Connection tee shirt (available in limited sizes, while supplies last), and a Connection button.
