OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES (“Official Rules”)

1. How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM A PRIZE. Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 28, 2006 until 5:00 p.m. ET on January 1, 2007, you may enter the Meet Robin McGraw Sweepstakes (‘Sweepstakes”) by visiting the Women of Faith Web site (the “WOF Site”) at www.womenoffaith.com. Click on the “Enter the Robin McGraw Sweepstakes” link and (i) complete the online entry form by providing your name, complete address, phone number and a valid e-mail address (limit one entry per person); or (ii) print (or type) your name, complete address and phone number on a 3” x 5” postcard or separate piece of paper no larger than 8” x 11” (limit one entry per person and if mailing, one entry per envelope), and mail to Meet Robin McGraw Sweepstakes, c/o Women of Faith, Inc. 820 W. Spring Creek Parkway, Suite 400, Plano, Texas, 75023. Entries must be postmarked by January 1, 2007 and received by January 10, 2007. Mechanically reproduced entries or mailing labels will not be accepted. If an entrant uses multiple e-mail addresses to submit more than one online entry for a given day, only the first online entry for that day will be considered valid. 2. ENTRANT INFORMATION.  Sponsor will not disclose your personal information to any third parties except as permitted herein. When you enter the WOF Site, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminders for upcoming Women of Faith promotions and information about Women of Faith. Consenting to receive such e-mails is optional and is not required in order to be  eligible to enter the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the privacy policy of Women of Faith, Inc. which is available on the WOF Site. Neither Women of Faith, Inc. nor its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, advertising and promotion agencies, promotion partners, internet service and access providers, and those involved in the development, production, implementation and distribution of this Sweepstakes nor their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, and any and all Internet servers and access provider(s) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, server providers, or software, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; inability to access the WOF Site; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site; printing or human errors; and any mailed entries which are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible or postage due, or any combination thereof. Proof of mailing is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. All entries become the property of Women of Faith and will not be returned or acknowledged.

3. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths (with the exception of residents of Florida, New York, Rhode Island, and Puerto Rico) who are 21 years of age or older. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives of, Women of Faith, Inc. and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, advertising and promotion agencies, promotion partners, internet service and access providers, and those involved in the development, production, implementation and distribution of this Sweepstakes,  and the immediate family (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) and household members thereof and/or any other person or entities associated with this Sweepstakes, are not eligible to enter or win. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. By entering you agree that you have red these Official Rules and fully and unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor.

4. Prizes: Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win the following: (i) Four (4) tickets to the Women of Faith 2007 National Conference in San Antonio, TX; (ii) roundtrip airfare for 4  to San Antonio, TX roundtrip airfare for 4 to San Antonio, TX from any major US airport; (iii) Two (2) hotel rooms at the Crowne Plaza Riverwalk in San Antonio, Texas for 3 nights (March 15 – 17); $200 spending money per person ($800 total); (iv) opportunity to meet Robin McGraw at a private event for Grand Prize and First Prize Winners.
First Prize: Five (5) First Prize Winners will win (i) two (2) tickets to the Women of Faith 2007 National Conference in San Antonio, TX; (ii) opportunity to meet Robin McGraw at a private event for Grand Prize and First Prize Winners.

All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of any prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of each respective winner. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the respective winner’s responsibility. Each winner will each be issued a 1099 tax form for the ARV of the applicable prize. The specifics of all aforementioned elements of any prizes in the Sweepstakes shall be solely determined by Sponsor. Some restrictions may apply. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded.

5. Drawing and Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about January 15, 2007 and will be contacted either by email or phone within approximately ten (10) days of the drawing. The names of the Grand Prize Winner and the First Prize Winners will be posted on the  WOF Site. Judges’ decisions with respect to the winners and other matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes shall be final. The Prizes are not transferable, nor is cash redemption permitted.  The Grand Prize Winner and each First Prize Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity, and return same, properly executed, within ten (10) days of issuance of prize notification. If Women of Faith is unable to contact a potential Grand Prize Winner or First Prize Winner, and/or if the potential Grand Prize Winner or any First Prize Winner fails to complete and return all forms by the specified date and/or if the Grand Prize Winner or any First Prize Winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, or if a notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner(s) shall be selected. Grand Prize Winner and First Prize Winners consent to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the judge’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the judges reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, or to terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination date. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the WOF Site. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WOF SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

6. Release of Liability: Sponsor, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporation, each of the Sweepstakes Entities, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, dealers, distributors, employees and agents of the Sweepstakes Entities, and are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. By entering this Sweepstakes, all entrants, any winners, and their family members, guests, invitees, agents, and employees release and hold harmless Sponsor and each of the Sweepstakes Entities, as well as the respective officers, directors, agents, employees and shareholders of the foregoing entities and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from and against any and all actions, claims, and/or liability with respect to or in any way arising from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prizes and any related travel and/or activities, including liability for personal injury, death, damages, or loss.

7.
