Breakfast is the perfect time to show our love. We can brighten a face or calm a fear with some simple food and a few kind words at the start of the day. Trust me, I have seen it work. I believe in the power of a nice cooked meal first thing in the morning.
Try it! Prepare a simple breakfast, sit down with your loved ones, and share. Talk to each other, pass the plates, give hugs, give kisses, and prepare yourself for the day ahead. Everyone knows how fast the world moves once we walk out that door. Enjoying breakfast - really enjoying the food and the company- can do wonders for everyone’s peace of mind.

Sarah’s disability has her confined to a wheelchair, and Eric has Down syndrome. I have learned a lot from both families.
