This POWER-HOUSE volunteer team helps with the more physically-demanding job of moving boxes filled with program bags throughout the arena. A great job for guys! THIS POSITION MAY BE FOR YOU IF: You know how to handle a hand-guided pallet jack and can do moderately heavy lifting (25-30 lbs). TIME (MANDATORY): Thursday: 11:00 am – 2:00 pm (or until completed) RESPONSIBILITIES: Will be locating pallets of boxes at each arena entrance off the concourse from the loading dock area. Will also be distributing boxes from the pallets at different areas in the arena. EVENT ATTENDANCE: Box Mover Volunteers will receive 2 free registrations for the Imagine/Over The Top event.  BOX LUNCH: Event attendee will receive a box lunch Friday & Saturday ELIGIBILITY: Must be able bodied and have the ability to handle a hand-guided pallet jack, handle light lifting of 25-30 lbs and at least 18 years of age.

This fun and energetic team helps sell the books, music and various resources available at the product tables. THIS POSITION MAY BE FOR YOU IF: You can follow directions, handle money, use a handheld scanner for transactions, stay on your feet for extended periods of time, and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment. TIMES (MANDATORY): Friday 8:00 am - 10:00 pm and Saturday 7:30 am – 5:30 pm RESPONSIBILITIES: Help at Resource tables during the "rush" times (before and after the conference, during lunch or other breaks.) Specific jobs are assigned at orientation. EVENT ATTENDANCE: Volunteers will receive a complimentary seat for themselves for the Product Sales position.  They will be able to sit down and enjoy the majority of the Imagine/Over the Top event when it is in session. BOX LUNCH: Provided on Friday and Saturday. A box dinner will be provided Friday evening. ELIGIBILITY: Must be able to follow directions, handle money, and be on your feet for a period of time, and be at least 18 years of age.

This active and enthusiastic team helps the event run smoothly by directing attendees to their seats and assisting with crowd control. THIS POSITION MAY BE FOR YOU IF: You are able to stand for extended periods of time and enjoy a variety of duties. TIMES (MANDATORY): Friday 8:00 am - 10:00 pm and Saturday 7:30 am – 5:30 pm RESPONSIBILITIES: Expect a variety of duties such as directing event attendees to their seats as well as frequent used locations within the arena, i.e., Will Call, Lost and Found, restrooms, etc… Duties may also include reporting medical emergencies, ensuring crowd control on the concourse and in the arena, and general assistance while the event is in session.  Ushers help by making the overall event run smoothly and with limited distraction. EVENT ATTENDANCE: Volunteers will receive a complimentary seat for themselves for the Usher position.  You will be able to sit down and enjoy the majority of the Imagine/Over the Top event when it is in session.  BOX LUNCH: Provided on Friday and Saturday. A box dinner will be provided Friday evening. ELIGIBILITY: Must be able to follow directions, be on your feet for a period of time, and be at least 18 years of age.  Must be physically able to climb stairs if necessary.

THIS POSITION MAY BE FOR YOU IF: You do NOT plan on being an attendee at the event, willing to follow directions, handle light lifting of 25-30 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time and enjoy a variety of duties. TIMES (MANDATORY): Friday 8:00 am - 10:00 pm and Saturday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm RESPONSIBILITIES: Expect a variety of duties such as directing event attendees and ensuring crowd control on the concourse and in the arena, box lunch distribution, helping with registration and general assistance while the event is in session.  Arena Team helps by making the overall event run smoothly and with limited distractions.  Additional security help from the Arena Team volunteers might be needed as well as working with our security team on various duties. EVENT ATTENDANCE: Due to the demands of this position, Arena Volunteers will only get to watch up to 25% of the event.  If you plan on watching the entire event, please consider a different volunteer role. Arena Team volunteers will receive 2 free registrations for the Imagine/Over the Top event for guests of their choice BOX LUNCH: Provided on Friday and Saturday for both volunteer and event attendee. A box dinner will be provided Friday evening for the volunteer only. ELIGIBILITY: Must be at least 18 years of age, able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow directions, handle money, and be on your feet for an extended period of time, and handle light lifting of 25-30 lbs.

Have a good driving record, vehicle, and cellular phone. You are able to follow directions and be a team player. TIMES (MANDATORY): Thursday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am - 9:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm RESPONSIBILITIES: Run errands as requested by the Production Director. Provide general assistance as requested by the Production Director. Know the area surrounding the arena. CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE: Due to the demands of this position, Production Runner Volunteers will NOT be able to attend the conference. The selected Production Runner will receive 4 free registrations for the Imagine/Over the Top event for guests of their choice. BOX LUNCH: Meals will be provided Thursday, Friday & Saturday in our Staff Catering.  Box lunches will be provided for the event attendees for both Friday and Saturday. ELIGIBILITY: Must be at least 18 years of age. Complete the application. You must have a vehicle, clear a background check, and have a good driving record and a cellular phone.
