I can’t figure out where to enter my discount code.
My cart won’t let me add or change anything.
How do I ship my order to another address?
The shipping address in my order is not updating even though
I clicked UPDATE. I want to ship via UPS but an error message
says I cannot use a P.O. Box.
How do I know when my order has shipped?
The invoice included with my order shows a higher price.
I don’t know/don’t remember how to shop in the Web store.

I can’t figure out where to enter my discount code.
You enter the code when you log in to the store (not when you check out).

1st Time Shopper
When you register to shop for the first time, you will fill out a ‘New Customer Information Form.’ There is a place to enter the discount code under the box where you enter your phone number. Be sure to use ALL CAPS (for letters) and no spaces.

Returning Shopper
The discount code box is under the Password Entry Box and above the LOGIN button. Enter the discount code there. Be sure to use ALL CAPS (for letters) and no spaces.

NOTE: When a product is added to the shopping cart the applied discount amount is listed under extra disc to the right of the QTY box of each product line. If you change the quantity then click on recalculate to update the discount.

If the discount is not shown in the extra disc column, leave the products in the shopping cart, and click on logout at the top of the page. This will take you back to the home page so you can log back in to the order. Under registered shopper enter your email address, password and the discount code. Click on shopping cart and the discount should be applied. (Each time you exit out and log back in to an order, the discount code must be entered again in order for it to apply or keep in the order)

My cart won’t let me add or change anything.
This sometimes happens when you log in through a link that was emailed from Women of Faith. Here’s how to fix it:

  1. Close the current window
  2. Log directly into the store here: http://store.womenoffaith.com/wofstore/
  3. Choose the product(s) you would like to purchase.
  4. Click on ADD TO CART (do not use arrow forward or arrow back)
  5. Click on CONTINUE SHOPPING (do not use arrow forward or arrow back) or the red CLICK HERE to continue shopping

When you finish shopping and are ready to check out:

  1. Click on PROCEED to SECURE CHECKOUT area
  2. Continue as instructed on the following pages

To remove a product from your cart:

  1. Click on REMOVE beside the product you would like removed
    OR
  2. Clear the entire cart by clicking on EMPTY BASKET.

How do I ship my order to another address?
Want to send your order to someone directly from the online store? Here’s how:

  1. Log into the Women of Faith Store.
  2. Select the products you would like to order and add them to the cart.
  3. When you have finished shopping click on PROCEED TO SECURE CHECKOUT.
  4. Choose the SHIPPING METHOD needed
  5. At SHIP TO ADDRESS: type in the name and address of the person you want to receive the order. DO NOT put a check in the box next to: Check to Use Above Information for Billing
  6. Click UPDATE ADDRESS
  7. Click on TOTAL
  8. Enter the name and address for the credit card holder (this would be you) as it is on file with the credit card company.

The shipping address in my order is not updating even though I clicked UPDATE ADDRESS. I want to ship via UPS but an error message says I cannot use a PO Box.
The following steps should resolve this issue:

  1. Delete the shipping address from the address lines, leaving them blank
  2. Click UPDATE ADDRESS
  3. Click TOTAL

You will get an error message of “no address” on the next screen. (This is a good thing.)

  1. Click on the BACK button
  2. Enter in the new street address, city, and zip code
  3. Click on UPDATE ADDRESS
  4. Click on TOTAL

How do I know when my order has shipped?
If you have an Order Confirmation Email:

  1. Click on the order number in the email to see the invoice.

If the order has shipped the shipping date and tracking number will be listed at the bottom of the invoice.

  • US Postal Service Media Mail (Valid only for media-only orders (Books, CDs, DVDs, etc.) - Use the tracking # in the USPS Web site to see when the order arrives at the local USPS facility.
  • UPS - the tracking number starts with 1Z_________ and can be tracked through UPS by clicking into their Web site.

OR

If you do not have your Order Confirmation Email readily available:

  1. Go to the Women of Faith store and login as a registered shopper
  2. At the top of the next page click on order history
  3. Click on the order number and continue as above

The invoice included with my order shows a higher price.
Actually, that’s a packing slip, not an invoice; it shows the product’s list price, which is not necessarily the price you paid. Sale prices do not print on packing slips.

If you’d like to see an invoice that shows the actual price(s) you were charged, log into the online store and click on ORDER HISTORY. (You’ll find it on the top right just under the Customer Service phone number.)

I don’t know/don’t remember how to shop in the Web store.
It’s not difficult! Follow the steps below and you’ll be shopping in no time.

  1. Go to the online store here: http://store.womenoffaith.com/wofstore/
  2. Click Login at the top of the page

NEW SHOPPER

  1. Click Register Now
  2. Complete all required fields
  3. If you have a discount code, enter it in the box under the phone number box. Use ALL CAPS for any letters and no spaces
  4. Click REGISTER (it’s under the chart of emails you can sign up for). You’ll be taken to the store so you can begin shopping

RETURNING SHOPPER

  1. Enter your email address and password
  2. If you have a discount code, enter it in the box under the phone number box. Use ALL CAPS for any letters and no spaces
  3. Click LOGIN, You’ll be taken to the store so you can begin shopping

ALL SHOPPERS

  1. Browse & choose products you want to purchase
  2. Click ADD TO CART or MORE to review description / sizes

SIZES: if you’re buying a garment, each size has its own catalog number. Choose the size needed (if applicable)

  1. Click ADD TO CART (do not use arrow forward or arrow back)
  2. Enter the number of this item you wish to purchase in the QTY box
  3. Click on recalculate
  4. Click on CONTINUE SHOPPING the red CLICK HERE to continue shopping (do not use arrow forward or arrow back)
  5. Repeat with other products until you’re ready to check out, then
  6. Click PROCEED TO SECURE CHECKOUT to check out
  7. Choose a shipping method from the drop down box
  8. Enter the name and address the order is to ship to. If this is the same as the billing address, put a check in the billing address same. Check the box ONLY if the addresses are the same.
  9. Click UPDATE ADDRESS
  10. Click TOTAL
  11. Check amount; any discounts should be applied at this point. (They may not have been reflected in the price prior to this screen.)
  12. Enter credit card number (no spaces) and expiration date
  13. Enter the credit card holder’s name and address (as it appears on file with the credit card company)
  14. Double-check name, address(es), products, quantities, sizes, etc. NOTE: Once you click COMPLETE PURCHASE the order goes into our fulfillment system and cannot be accessed to make any type of change or addition.
  15. Click COMPLETE PURCHASE
  16. Click LOGOUT at the top of the page
