Creative Social Media and Communication Intern

Do you have an eye for design, an aptitude in product/technical marketing, a passion for using social media to grow and drive our social media presence? Are you a person with enthusiasm and “out of the box” thinking ability, with capabilities to work within a ministry that has a global reach of over 2.4 million women?

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Increase, develop and continually create a social media strategy
  • Create measurable results for implementing such a strategy
  • Work with marketing team to create and build social media campaigns
  • Administering and oversee all social media activities on all platforms


  • Business Administration, Marketing Major (Junior/Senior/Graduate status)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • The ability to work well as a team as well as independently
  • The ability to be flexible (travel and extended hours) with tight deadlines
  • A track record of success in influencing work with a fast-paced organization
  • Ability to be a high energy, problem solver,, self-starter, results oriented, proactive individual with a high sense of urgency
  • Ability to effectively lead and influence internal/external partners towards intended and successful results
  • A demonstrated ability to make sound decisions consistent with needs
