The Women of Faith Gathering
Our conference begins with an exclusive gathering for invited members of the Women of Faith community. In this intimate setting, you'll experience meaningful connection, encouraging conversations, biblical teaching, and dedicated time to seek the Lord together.
The Pioneer Conference Experience
From there, we'll join the Pioneer Conference, hosted by Mercy City Church, Alita's home church. Together with a large gathering of women, you'll experience passionate worship, life-giving biblical teaching, and the powerful reminder that God is moving through His daughters across generations, churches, and communities.

Alita Reynolds has devoted her life to helping women know Jesus more deeply and walk with Him more intentionally. As President of Women of Faith, she leads a thriving global ministry that exists to strengthen women spiritually, equip them to lead faithfully, and cultivate authentic Christ centered relationships.
Known for her warmth, biblical wisdom, and practical teaching, Alita invites women into more than inspiration. She calls them into transformation. Whether speaking to thousands, mentoring leaders, or teaching through The Alita Reynolds Show, her message remains the same: intimacy with Jesus changes everything.
Through Women of Faith, Alita has encouraged millions of women to renew their minds, embrace God's truth, and courageously step into His purpose for their lives. She is also the founder of Women in Media Ministry, where she equips Christian communicators to use their influence with excellence, integrity, and Kingdom purpose.
