WIMM is a Christ centered community for women called to share Jesus through media. We gather monthly to build authentic relationships, strengthen your faith, and sharpen your leadership, so you do not carry your calling alone.
You are not the only woman carrying this calling. WIMM exists so women in media ministry can walk together, strengthen one another, and grow in what God has entrusted to them.
WIMM is designed to strengthen your calling without overwhelming your schedule. Our core rhythm is one monthly gathering, with optional opportunities for deeper connection throughout the year.

Hi, I’m Alita.
You were never meant to carry your calling alone. And you do not have to.
Years ago, the Lord planted the seed for this community in my heart. As I have served in ministry, I have met incredible women in media, and one truth kept rising to the surface. Many feel alone.
Maybe this is you. You have people who love you, but they do not fully understand the unique pressures of ministry, media, and the weight that can come with being visible.
WIMM was born from prayer, waiting, confirmation, and a shared desire to grow together. My prayer is that you find real relationships here, women who will support you, celebrate you, and challenge you to impact the Kingdom more than you ever could alone.

What WIMM is, and What it is not…
WIMM is a safe, Christ centered community where real relationships come first. Vulnerability is welcome, authenticity is honored, and competition has no place here.
This is not a space for performance or platform building, nor is it a networking group. It is a place to be known, covered in prayer, and strengthened as we cheer one another on and grow together in our calling.
WIMM may be for you if:
- You are in media ministry and feel unseen or tired.
- You want relationships with women who understand and celebrate media ministry with you.
- You create content and want spiritual covering and accountability.
- You lead a ministry or brand and want real relationships.
- You want to grow in obedience, consistency, and courage with your calling.
- You want a safe place to be known, prayed for, and strengthened.
WIMM might not be for you if:
- You are looking for a place to promote your platform or sell to members.
- You are not willing to show up consistently and build relationships over time.
- You want curated connection without vulnerability.
Your Next Step is to attend an Interest Meeting. You will:
- Hear the heart and culture of WIMM.
- Learn what membership includes and what commitment looks like.
- Get answers to common questions.
- Hear next steps if you choose to join.
- Pray together, briefly and simply.

Members aim to be present regularly.
Third Thursday of each month
1 pm CT | 2 pm ET | 12 pm MT | 11 am PT

Real relationships grow through consistency and time.

WIMM is supported through the generosity of its members. We will share the giving details at the Interest Meeting. If you feel called to WIMM but finances are a barrier, come to the Interest Meeting anyway. We will help you take a wise next step.
