5 Levels of Communication

5 Levels of Communication
Level 1
communication is for easy, fun, or casual times ... keeping the conversation shallow and refraining from talking about anything personally revealing.
Level 2
contains somewhat personal information but remains fairly light ... moving from general conversation to sharing on a slightly deeper level.
Level 3
begins the self-revealing stage ... progressing to more personal information, but not anything too hard to handle.
Level 4
is talking about issues that could be fairly uncomfortable ... taking your friendship into a more vulnerable stage, requiring more time and emotional investment.
Level 5
is for the deepest form of intimacy ... plunging into personal discussions about deep desires and devastating disappointments, thereby demanding supreme trust and total commitment.
