All references to Women of Faith in this agreement include and apply to:  Women of Faith, Inc., Womenoffaith.com, Women of Faith Ministry, Women of Faith and WOF.

While we hope to always offer Women of Faith, Womenoffaith.com, and any associated sites and platforms and all of its features, we reserve the right to change or cease offering Womenoffaith.com or any part, portion or functionality of Women of Faith without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of Womenoffaith.com and/or associated sites and platforms are unavailable at any time.

Your Use of the Site(s)

By submitting your personal information and payment, you are agreeing to the following:

1. To receive emails regarding Women of Faith products and about your membership. You always have the option to opt out of receiving emails at any time.

2. You understand we use cookies to give you the best online experience.

3.  We and our partners use technologies, such as cookies, and collect browsing data to give you the best online experience and to personalize the content and advertising shown to you.

You may not use any "deep-link", "page-scrape", "robot", "spider" or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Site or any Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the Site. Women of Faith reserves the right to bar any such activity.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Site, or any other systems or networks connected to the Site or to any Women of Faith  server, or to any of the services offered on or through the Site, by hacking, password "mining" or any other illegitimate means.

You may not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site or any network connected to the Site, nor breach the security or authentication measures on the Site or any network connected to the Site. You may not reverse look-up, trace or seek to trace any information on any other user of or visitor to the Site, or any other customer of Women of Faith , including any Women of Faith  account not owned by you, to its source, or exploit the Site or any service or information made available or offered by or through the Site, in any way where the purpose is to reveal any information, including but not limited to personal identification or information, other than your own information, as provided for by the Site.

You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Site or Women of Faith ’s systems or networks, or any systems or networks connected to the Site or to Women of Faith.

You agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any transaction being conducted on the Site, or with any other person’s use of the Site.

You may not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any message or transmittal you send to Women of Faith on or through the Site or any service offered on or through the Site. You may not pretend that you are, or that you represent, someone else, or impersonate any other individual or entity.

You may not use the Site or any Content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of Women of Faith or others.

The following terms also govern and apply to your use of the Site, and they are incorporated herein.

Information About You and Your Access of Womenoffaith.com

All information we collect on or through Womenoffaith.com is subject to our Privacy Policy (SEE BELOW).  By using Womenoffaith.com, you consent to all actions taken by us with respect to your information in compliance with the Privacy Policy.

Permitted and Unpermitted Use

These Terms allow you to use Womenoffaith.com in accordance with these Terms for either your personal and non-commercial use or for the internal use of your non-profit organization. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Women of Faith, Inc. You agree you are not permitted and will not use Womenoffaith.com as follows:

  • in any way that violates any federal, state, local or international law or regulation;
  • for the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information or otherwise;
  • to impersonate or attempt to impersonate any company or person, including Womenoffaith.com or another Women of Faith user;
  • to engage in any other conduct which, as determined by us, may harm Womenoffaith.com or users of Women of Faith or expose them to liability;
  • in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair Women of Faith  or interfere with another’s use of Womenoffaith.com;
  • use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access Womenoffaith.com for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on Womenoffaith.com;
  • to introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful;
  • to attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of Womenoffaith.com or any server, computer, or database connected to Womenoffaith.com;
  • to attack Womenoffaith.com via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack; and
  • otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of Womenoffaith.com.

You also agree that you will not send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material which, as determined by Women of Faithin its sole discretion:

  • contains any material which is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable;
  • promotes sexually explicit or pornographic material, violence, or discrimination on any basis, including that based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
  • infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or other rights of any other person;
  • violates the legal rights (including the rights of publicity and privacy) of others or contain any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable laws or regulations; or
  • promotes any illegal activity, or advocates, promotes, or assists any unlawful act;
  • involves commercial activities or sales, such as contests, sweepstakes and other sales promotions, barter or advertising; and
  • gives the impression that the material emanates from or is endorsed by Life.Church or any other person or entity, if this is not the case.
User Contributions

Womenoffaith.com contains interactive features that allow users to post, submit, publish, display or transmit to other users or other persons content or materials (collectively, “User Contributions”) on or through Womenoffaith.com.

However, we do not undertake to review User Contributions or any other material before it is posted on or through Womenoffaith.com and cannot ensure prompt removal of objectionable material after it has been posted. So, we assume no liability for any action or inaction regarding transmissions, communications or content provided by any user or third party.

All User Contributions must comply with these Terms. By providing any User Contribution on or through Womenoffaith.com, you grant us and our service providers, and each of their and our respective licensees, successors and assigns, the right to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such material in order to offer the Womenoffaith.com functionality you request or otherwise utilize. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to the User Contributions and have the right to grant this license and that all of your User Contributions do and will comply with these Terms. We are not responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any User Contributions posted by you or any other user of Womenoffaith.com.

Account Security

Womenoffaith.com allows users to create an account (“Members”) which requires providing certain information to Womenoffaith.com. You agree that all information you provide to become a Member and register with Womenoffaith.com, including, but not limited to, information provided through the use of any interactive features on Womenoffaith.com, is governed by our Privacy Policy,and you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information consistent with our Privacy Policy.  

 If you choose, or are provided with, a user name, password, or similar information as part of our security procedures, you agree to treat such information confidential, and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your user name or password or any other breach of security. We have the right to disable any user name, password or other identifier, whether chosen by you or provided by us, at any time if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms.

Monitoring and Enforcement; Legal Compliance; Termination

You agree that we have the right to:

  • take any action with respect to any user, Member account or User Contribution that we deem necessary or appropriate in our sole discretion if we believe there to be a violation of these Terms, infringement of third party rights, a threat to the personal safety of others, or a threat or liability or harm to the goodwill associated with Womenoffaith.com or Women of Faith;
  • take appropriate action, including without limitation, referral to law enforcement and disclosure of your information, for any illegal or unauthorized use of Womenoffaith.com; and
  • terminate or suspend your access to all or part of Womenoffaith.com for any or no reason, including without limitation, any violation of these Terms.

Without limiting the foregoing, we have the right to fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or other information of anyone posting any materials on or through Womenoffaith.com. YOU WAIVE AND HOLD HARMLESS WOMENOFFAITH.COM WOMENOF FAITH, INC. AND ITS LICENSEES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS AND ALL OF THEIR EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BY ANY OF THE FOREGOING PARTIES DURING OR AS A RESULT OF LEGAL INVESTIGATIONS AND FROM ANY ACTIONS TAKEN AS A CONSEQUENCE OF INVESTIGATIONS BY EITHER WOMEN OF FAITH OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.

Your Reliance on Information and Translations

The information presented on or through Women of Faith is made available solely for general information purposes. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. In addition, although we strive to provide information found on Women of Faith’s sites and platforms in various languages, translations to languages other than English of Women of Faith content are provided to us by other parties and we do not represent or warrant the accuracy of those translations. We disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by you or any other visitor to Women of Faith,or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.

The Site is the property of Women of Faith, Inc. ("Women of Faith ") and its licensors. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE and/or SERVICES.

All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork and computer code (collectively, "Content"), including and not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, "look and feel" and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Site is owned, controlled or licensed by or to Women of Faith , and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way (including "mirroring") to any other computer, server, Web site or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without Women of Faith ’s express prior written consent.

You may use information on Women of Faith  products and services (such as data sheets, knowledge base articles, and similar materials) purposely made available by Women of Faith  for downloading from the Site, provided that you (1) not remove any proprietary notice language in all copies of such documents, (2) use such information only for your personal, non-commercial informational purpose and do not copy or post such information on any networked computer or broadcast it in any media, (3) make no modifications to any such information, and (4) not make any additional representations or warranties relating to such documents.

Intellectual Property

Guidelines for parties wishing to use Women of Faith ’s trademarks, service marks or images.

Intellectual Property Rights

Women of Faith and its contents, features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement of the same), are owned by Women of Faith, Inc and associated entities, its licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Logos and Designs

The Women of Faith name, and logo, all related names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks and/or copyright of Women of Faith. You must not use these marks and copyright without the prior written permission of Women of Faith. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on Womenoffaith.com are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Intellectual Property Infringement

If you believe that any Women of Faith content, including User Contributions, infringes your intellectual property rights, including copyright, please send notice of the copyright infringement to Women of Faith via our Contact Us form.   Please be aware that it is the policy of Women of Faith to terminate the user accounts of repeat infringers.

Guidelines for Using Women of Faith Trademarks and Copyrights

Guidelines for parties wishing to use Women of Faith ’s trademarks, service marks or images.

These guidelines are for Women of Faith licensees, authorized resellers, developers, customers, and other parties wishing to use Women of Faith ’s trademarks, service marks or images in promotional, advertising, instructional, or reference materials, or on their web sites, products, labels, or packaging. Use of the keyboard Women of Faith Logo (Option-Shift-K) for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Women of Faith may constitute trademark infringement and unfair competition in violation of federal and state laws. Use of Women of Faith trademarks may be prohibited, unless expressly authorized.

If you are a licensee of a Women of Faith trademark or logo and have been provided with special trademark usage guidelines with your license agreement, please follow those guidelines. If your license agreement does not provide usage guidelines, then follow these guidelines. If you are a Women of Faith Authorized Reseller or member of an Women of Faith program, you may be subject to additional restrictions.

Women of Faith ’s trademarks, service marks, trade names, and trade dress are valuable assets. In following these guidelines, you help us protect our valuable trademark rights and strengthen our corporate and brand identities. By using an Women of Faith  trademark, in whole or in part, you are acknowledging that Women of Faith  is the sole owner of the trademark and promising that you will not interfere with Women of Faith ’s rights in the trademark, including challenging Women of Faith ’s use, registration of, or application to register such trademark, alone or in combination with other words, anywhere in the world, and that you will not harm, misuse, or bring into disrepute any Women of Faith  trademark. The goodwill derived from using any part of an Women of Faith trademark exclusively inures to the benefit of and belongs to Women of Faith. Except for the limited right to use as expressly permitted under these Guidelines, no other rights of any kind are granted hereunder, by implication or otherwise. Authorized Use of Women of Faith Trademarks
  1. Advertising, Promotional, and Sales Materials: Only Women of Faith and its authorized resellers, affiliates and licensees may use the Women of Faith Logo in advertising, promotional, and sales materials. Such authorized parties may use the Women of Faith Logo only as specified in their agreement with Women of Faith and any associated Guidelines and such use must always be in conjunction with the appropriate terms that define the relationship authorized by their contract with Women of Faith.   1. Compatibility:  Developers may use Women of Faith or any other Women of Faith word mark (but not the Women of Faith  Logo or other Women of Faith -owned graphic symbol/logo) in a referential phrase on packaging or promotional/advertising materials to describe that the third party product is compatible with the referenced Women of Faith  product or technology, provided they comply with the following requirements.
  2. The Women of Faith word mark is not part of the product name.
  3. The Women of Faith word mark is used in a referential phrase such as “runs on,” “for use with,” “for,” or “compatible with.”
  4. The Women of Faith word mark appears less prominent than the product name.
  5. The product is in fact compatible with, or otherwise works with, the referenced Women of Faith product.
  6. The reference to Women of Faith does not create a sense of endorsement, sponsorship, or false association with Women of Faith or Women of Faith products or services.
  7. The use does not show Women of Faith or its products in a false or derogatory light.
  8. Publications, Seminars, and Conferences: You may use a Women of Faith word mark in connection with book titles, magazines, periodicals, seminars, or conferences provided you comply with the following requirements:
  9. The use is referential and less prominent than the rest of the title. Acceptable: Women of Faith XXX Tour, Conference or Event
  10. The use reflects favorably on both Women of Faith and Women of Faith products or technology.
  11. Your name and logo appear more prominent than the Women of Faith word mark on all printed materials related to the publication, seminar or conference.
  12. The Women of Faith logo or any other Women of Faith -owned graphic symbol, logo, icon or image does not appear on or in the publication or on any materials related to the publication, seminar, or conference without express written permission from Women of Faith.
  13. A disclaimer of sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement by Women of Faith, similar to the following, is included on the publication and on all related printed materials: “(Title) is an independent (publication) and has not been authorized, sponsored, or otherwise approved by Women of Faith, Inc.”
  14. A trademark attribution notice is included in the credit section giving notice of Women of Faith’s ownership of its trademark(s). Please refer to the section below titled “Proper Trademark Notice and Attribution.”
  15. Web Sites: Web sites that serve only as noncommercial electronic informational forums concerning a Women of Faith product or technology may use the appropriate Women of Faith word mark, provided such use complies with the guidelines set forth in Section 3 above.
  16. Women of Faith Web Badge Licensing Program: Web sites may use one of the Women of Faith Web Badges if the site uses or was created using Women of Faith -branded hardware or software and you comply with the terms of the Women of Faith Web Badges License Agreement and Guidelines.
Unauthorized Use of Women of Faith Trademarks
  1. Company, Product, or Service Name: You may not use or register, in whole or in part, Women of Faith or any other Women of Faith trademark, including Women of Faith -owned graphic symbols, logos, icons, or an alteration thereof, as or as part of a company name, trade name, product name, or service name except as specifically noted in these guidelines.
  2. Women of Faith Logo and Women of Faith -owned Graphic Symbols: You may not use the Women of Faith  Logo or any other Women of Faith -owned graphic symbol, logo, or icon on or in connection with web sites, products, packaging, manuals, promotional/advertising materials, or for any other purpose except pursuant to an express written trademark license from Women of Faith , such as a reseller agreement.
  3. Variations, Takeoffs or Abbreviations: You may not use an image of a real Women of Faith or other variation of the Women of Faith logo for any purpose. Third parties cannot use a variation, phonetic equivalent, foreign language equivalent, takeoff, or abbreviation of a Women of Faith trademark for any purpose.
  4. Disparaging Manner: You may not use a Women of Faith trademark or any other Women of Faith -owned graphic symbol, logo, or icon in a disparaging manner.
  5. Endorsement or Sponsorship:  You may not use Women of Faith or any other Women of Faith trademark, including Women of Faith -owned graphic symbols/logos, or icons, in a manner that would imply Women of Faith’s affiliation with or endorsement, sponsorship, or support of a third party product or service.
  6. Merchandise Items:  You may not manufacture, sell or give-away merchandise items, such as T-shirts and mugs, bearing Women of Faith or any other Women of Faith trademark, including symbols, logos, or icons, except pursuant to an express written trademark license from Women of Faith.
  7. Women of Faith ’s Trade Dress:  You may not imitate the distinctive Women of Faith packaging, web site design, logos, or typefaces.
  8. Slogans and Taglines: You may not use or imitate a Women of Faith slogan or tagline.

For example: “Think different.”

  1. Domain Names:You may not use an identical or virtually identical Women of Faith trademark as a second level domain name.
  2. Your name does not suggest a false association with Women of Faith.
  3. Your name is not confusingly similar to any trademark owned or used by Women of Faith.
  4. You acknowledge that Women of Faith is the sole owner or licensee of the “Women of Faith” and “WOF” trademark and that you will not interfere with Women of Faith ’s use or registration alone or in combination with other words.
  5. If you are a Women of Faith Authorized Reseller, Affiliate or member of a Women of Faith program, you may be subject to additional restrictions.
Rules for Proper Use of Women of Faith Trademarks
  1. Trademarks are adjectives used to modify nouns; the noun is the generic name of a product or service.
  2. As adjectives, trademarks may not be used in the plural or possessive form.
  3. An appropriate generic term must appear after the trademark the first time it appears in a printed piece, and as often as is reasonable after that. For a list of suggested generic terms please request the Women of Faith Trademark List.
  4. Always spell and capitalize Women of Faith’s trademarks exactly as they are shown in the Women of Faith Trademark List. Do not shorten or abbreviate Women of Faith product names. Do not make up names that contain Women of Faith trademarks.
Proper Trademark Notice and Attribution
  1. Distribution Within the United States Only
  2. On product, product documentation, or other product communications that will be distributed only in the United States, use the appropriate trademark symbol (TM, SM, ®) the first time the Women of Faith trademark appears in the text of the advertisement, brochure, or other material.
  3. Refer to the Women of Faith Trademark List for the correct trademark symbol, spelling of the trademark, and generic term to use with the trademark. Generally, the symbol appears at the right shoulder of the trademark (except the Women of Faith Logo, where the logo appears at the right foot).
  4. Include an attribution of Women of Faith ’s ownership of its trademarks within the credit notice section of your product, product documentation, or other product communication.

5. Distribution Outside the United States:

Do not use trademark symbols on products, product documentation, or other product communications that will be distributed outside the United States without written authorization.

Depictions of Women of Faith Products

  1. Endorsement or Sponsorship: Women of Faith does not support the use of its logos, company names, product names, or images of Women of Faith  products by other parties in marketing, promotional or advertising materials as their use may create the perception that Women of Faith endorses or sponsors the product, service or promotion.
  2. Compatibility: If you are a developer, you may show an image of an Women of Faith product in your promotional/advertising materials to depict that your product is compatible with, or otherwise works with, the Women of Faith  product or technology, provided you comply with the following requirements:
  3. Your product is in fact compatible with, or otherwise works with, the referenced Women of Faith product.
  4. The image is an actual photograph of the genuine Women of Faith product and not an artist’s rendering (Note: You must obtain express written permission from Women of Faith before using any photograph owned or licensed by Women of Faith).
  5. The Women of Faith product is shown only in the best light, in a manner or context that reflects favorably on the Women of Faith products and on WomenofFaith.com.
  6. The reference to Women of Faith does not create a sense of endorsement or sponsorship by, or other false association with, Women of Faith or Women of Faith products.

Rights and Permissions

If you have any questions concerning the use of Women of Faith  trademarks and/or the licensing of Women of Faith  copyrighted material (e.g., photographs, video footage, Women of Faith  advertisements or other Women of Faith  materials), please refer to  Women of Faith ’s Guidelines for Using Women of Faith  Trademarks and Copyrights, or complete the online form.

Ticketing, Events, Trips, Retreats and Cruises.  

The following terms and conditions apply to every person who establishes an internet connection to purchase tickets. By using this site or any associate third party site or platform, you are agreeing to comply with all of the terms and conditions listed here.

Though some events listed on the Site may appeal to children, the Site is not targeted at children under the age of 16, and they are not permitted to use the Site. All parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to monitor the internet use by their children. If you use the Site, you affirm you are at least 16 years old.

Seats will be assigned at a later date based on a first come, first served basis. With requests for as special needs seating is limited and subject to availability. Please list number of special needs seats required; one companion seat may be purchased for each special needs attendee. Seat adjustments requiring price increases will not be made without notification. Tickets must be paid in full at time of ticket order. All prices are in US Dollars and include applicable taxes. We recommend that you do not make non-refundable travel arrangements before receiving your confirmation.

When you share your content with family and friends using Women of Faith products, send gift certificates and products, or invite others to participate in Women of Faith services or forums, Women of Faith may collect the information you provide about those people such as name, mailing address, email address, and phone number. Women of Faith will use such information to fulfill your requests, provide the relevant product or service, or for anti-fraud purposes.

In certain jurisdictions, we may ask for a government issued ID in limited circumstances including when setting up a wireless account and activating your device, for the purpose of extending commercial credit, managing reservations, or as required by law.

Use of Information: We may process your personal information: for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, with your consent, for compliance with a legal obligation to which Women of Faith is subject or when we have assessed it is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Women of Faith or a third party to whom it may be necessary to disclose information.

The personal information we collect allows us to keep you posted on Women of Faith latest product announcements, software updates, and upcoming events. If you don’t want to be on our mailing list, you can opt out anytime by updating your preferences. 

We also use personal information to help us create, develop, operate, deliver, and improve our products, services, content and advertising, and for loss prevention and anti-fraud purposes. We may also use your personal information for account and network security purposes, including in order to protect our services for the benefit of all our users. Where we use your information for anti-fraud purposes it arises from the conduct of an online transaction with us. We limit our uses of data for anti-fraud purposes to those which are strictly necessary and within our assessed legitimate interests to protect our customers and our services. For certain online transactions we may also validate the information provided by you with publicly accessible sources.

We may use your personal information, including date of birth, to verify identity, assist with identification of users, and to determine appropriate services. For example, we may use date of birth to determine the age of Women of Faith ID account holders.

From time to time, we may use your personal information to send important notices, such as communications about purchases and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies. Because this information is important to your interaction with Women of Faith you may not opt out of receiving these communications.

We may also use personal information for internal purposes such as auditing, data analysis, and research to improve Women of Faith, Inc.’s products, services, and customer communications.

If you enter into a sweepstake, contest, or similar promotion we may use the information you provide to administer those programs.

As a general policy, no personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, or e-mail address, is automatically collected from your visit to the Site. However, certain non-personal information is recorded by the standard operation of the Company’s internet servers. Information such as the type of browser being used, its operating system, and your IP address is gathered in order to enhance your online experience.

 

The Site’s various mailing lists, downloads, special offers, contests, registration forms, and surveys may request that you give us contact information such as your name, mailing and/or e-mail address, demographic information such as your age and gender, and personal preference information such as your preferred software and interests. Information submitted at the time of submission will be used by the Company only as necessary for our legitimate business interests, including without limitation the improvement of our products, services and the contents of the Site. The Company may also share such information with our associated business and promotional partners to further those interests.  Personally identifiable information is never sold or leased to any third parties. The Company does not store any credit card information it may receive in regard to a specific transaction and/or billing arrangement except as necessary to complete and satisfy its rights and obligations with regard to such transaction, billing arrangement, and/or as otherwise authorized by a user.

The Company may disclose user information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference (either intentionally or unintentionally) with the Company’s rights or property, other users of the Site, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.

Please also note that third-parties who provide and/or publish content via the Company’s Women of Faith Service shall be deemed the data controllers for any personal data contained in the content uploaded by any such party to the Company’s Women of Faith Service (“Third-Party Content”) and any other personal data processed in relation to such Third-Party Content. This privacy policy only concerns the processing for which the Company is data controller. If you have any questions regarding personal data contained in the Third-Party Content, please contact the third-party provider responsible for such Third Party Content.

Source of your personal information where they are not collected from you:  We may have received your personal information from other persons if that person has shared their content with you using Women of Faith products services, sent gift certificates and products, or invited you to participate in Women of Faith services or forums. We may also validate the information provided by you when creating a Women of Faith ID with a third party for security and fraud prevention purposes.

For research and development purposes, we may use datasets such as those that contain images, voices or other data that could be associated with an identifiable person. When acquiring such datasets, we do so in accordance with applicable law in the jurisdiction in which the dataset is hosted. When using such datasets for research and development, we do not attempt to re-identify individuals who may appear therein.

Collection and Use of Non-Personal Information:  We also collect data in a form that does not, on its own, permit direct association with any specific individual. We may collect, use, transfer, and disclose non-personal information for any purpose. The following are some examples of non-personal information that we collect and how we may use it:

  • We may collect information such as occupation, language, zip code, area code, unique device identifier, referrer URL, location, and the time zone where an Women of Faith, Inc. product is used so that we can better understand customer behavior and improve our products, services, and advertising.

  • We may collect information regarding customer activities on our website, for Women of Faith, Stores and from our other products and services. This information is aggregated and used to help us provide more useful information to our customers and to understand which parts of our website, products, and services are of most interest. Aggregated data is considered non‑personal information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.

  • We may collect and store details of how you use our services, including search queries. This information may be used to improve the relevancy of results provided by our services. Except in limited instances to ensure quality of our services over the Internet, such information will not be associated with your IP address.

  • With your explicit consent, we may collect data about how you use your device and applications in order to help app developers improve their apps.

If we do combine non-personal information with personal information the combined information will be treated as personal information for as long as it remains combined.

We treat information collected by cookies and other technologies as non‑personal information. Disclosure to Third Parties:  At times Women of Faith may make certain personal information available to strategic partners that work with Women of Faith, to provide products and services, or that help Women of Faith market to customers. For example, when you purchase and activate your iPhone, you authorize Women of Faith and your carrier to exchange the information you provide during the activation process to carry out service. If you are approved for service, your account will be governed by Women of Faith and your carrier’s respective privacy policies. Personal information will only be shared by Women of Faith to provide or improve our products, services and advertising; it will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Women of Faith and our partners also use cookies and other technologies to remember personal information when you use our website, online services, and applications. Our goal in these cases is to make your experience with Women of Faith more convenient and personal. For example, knowing your first name lets us welcome you the next time you visit the Women of Faith Online Store. Knowing your country and language − and if you are an educator, your school − helps us provide a customized and more useful shopping experience. Knowing someone using your computer or device has shopped for a certain product or used a particular service helps us make our advertising and email communications more relevant to your interests. And knowing your contact information, hardware identifiers, and information about your computer or device helps us personalize your operating system, set up your service, and provide you with better customer service.

Service Providers:  Women of Faith shares personal information with companies who provide services such as information processing, extending credit, fulfilling customer orders, delivering products to you, managing and enhancing customer data, providing customer service, assessing your interest in our products and services, and conducting customer research or satisfaction surveys. These companies are obligated to protect your information and may be located wherever Women of Faith operates.

As is true of most internet services, we gather some information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type and language, Internet service provider (ISP), referring and exit websites and applications, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.

We use this information to understand and analyze trends, to administer the site, to learn about user behavior on the site, to improve our product and services, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. Women of Faith, Inc. may use this information in our marketing and advertising services.

In some of our email messages, we use a “click-through URL” linked to content on the Women of Faith website. When customers click one of these URLs, they pass through a separate web server before arriving at the destination page on our website. We track this click-through data to help us determine interest in particular topics and measure the effectiveness of our customer communications. If you prefer not to be tracked in this way, you should not click text or graphic links in the email messages.

Pixel tags enable us to send email messages in a format, customers can read and they tell us whether mail has been opened. We may use this information to reduce or eliminate messages sent to customers.

Third‑Party Sites and Services:  Women of Faith websites, products, applications, and services may contain links to third-party websites, products, and services. Our products and services may also use or offer products or services from third parties − for example, a third‑party phone app.

Information collected by third parties, which may include such things as location data or contact details, is governed by their privacy practices. We encourage you to learn about the privacy practices of those third parties.

If you purchase a subscription in a third party website or app, we may create a Subscriber ID that is unique to you and the developer or publisher which we use to provide reports to the developer or publisher that include information about the subscription you purchased, and your country of residence. If you cancel all of your subscriptions with a particular developer or publisher, the Subscriber ID will reset after 180 days if you do not re-subscribe. This information is provided to developers so that they can understand the performance of their subscriptions.

Malware/Spyware/Viruses: Neither the Company nor the Site knowingly permit the use of malware, spyware, viruses, and/or other similar types of software.

Links to External Sites: The Company is not responsible for the content or practices of third party websites that may be linked to the Site. The Company is also not responsible for any information that you might share with such linked websites. You should refer to each website’s respective privacy policy and practices prior to disclosing any information.

Bulletin Boards and Chat Areas: Guests of the Site are solely responsible for the content of messages they post on the Company’s forums, such as chat rooms and bulletin boards. Users should be aware that when they voluntarily disclose personal information (e.g., user name, e-mail address, phone number) on the bulletin boards or in the chat areas, that information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other people. You are responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these instances. When you use some Women of Faith products, services, or applications or post on a Women of Faith forum, chat room, or social networking service, the personal information and content you share is visible to other users and can be read, collected, or used by them. You are responsible for the personal information you choose to share or submit in these instances. For example, if you list your name and email address in a forum posting, that information is public. Please take care when using these features.

If you or anyone else using Family Sharing logs on to a device that is owned by a third party, any information shared within your Family—including calendar, location, photos, and purchases—may be downloaded on to that third-party device thereby disclosing any such shared information. Please take care when using these features.

The existence of Automated Decision-Making, Including Profiling: Women of Faith does not take any decisions involving the use of algorithms or profiling that significantly affects you.

Integrity and Retention of Personal Information: Women of Faith provides the ability for you to keep your personal information accurate, complete, and up to date. We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy and our service specific privacy summaries. When assessing these periods we carefully examine our need to collect personal information at all and if we establish a relevant need we only retain it for the shortest possible period to realize the purpose of collection unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Access to Personal Information:  You can help ensure that your contact information and preferences are accurate, complete, and up to date by signing in to your account.   For other personal information we hold, we will provide you with access (including a copy) for any purpose including to request that we correct the data if it is inaccurate or delete the data if Women of Faith is not required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may decline to process requests that are frivolous/vexatious, jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required by local law. We may also decline aspects of deletion or access requests if we believe doing so would undermine our legitimate use of data for anti-fraud and security purposes as described earlier. Online tools for the exercise of access, correction, or deletion requests are available on a regional basis by signing into your Women of Faith account.   Where the online tool is not currently available for access requests in your region, a request may be made directly to our "Contact Us" form or the mailing address below. 

Protection of Personal Information:  Women of Faith takes the security of your personal information very seriously. Women of Faith online services such as the Women of Faith Online Store and Platform protect your personal information during transit using encryption such as Transport Layer Security (TLS). When your personal data is stored by Women of Faith, we use computer systems with limited access housed in facilities using physical security measures.

Choice/Opt-Out: The Site may provide you the opportunity to opt-in to receive communications from us at the point where we request information about you. You always have the option of removing your name from any e-mail list in order to discontinue any such future communications. In order to ensure immediate removal from any list, please follow the specific instructions set forth within the communications you receive from the Company which you no longer wish to receive. If you are unsuccessful in completing the instructions specified in any such communication, please mail us at the address below:  including a copy of the undesired email attached to the "Contact Us" request form or our mailing address below, and state you wish to be removed from the mailing list.

Transfer of Information Across National Borders: Our site and various information we collect are operated on servers located in various jurisdictions, including the United States. When you access or use the Site and/or our services, personal information about you may be transferred outside the country in which you are situated to these other locations. The Company’s policies ensure that such personal information is protected to the same standard when processed by any Company entity or office around the world. Children Age 16 and Under: The Company recognizes the special obligation to protect personally identifiable information obtained from children age 16 and under. AS SUCH, IF YOU ARE 16 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER, THE COMPANY REQUESTS THAT YOU NOT SUBMIT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THE SITE OR TO THE COMPANY. If the Company discovers that a child age 16 or younger has signed up on the Site or provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete that child’s identifiable information from our records.

Women of Faith nonetheless encourages parents to go online with their kids. Here are a few tips to help make a child’s online experience safer:

  • Know the sites your kids are visiting and which sites are appropriate.

Location-Based Services:  To provide location-based services on Women of Faith products, Women of Faith and our partners and licensees may collect, use, and share precise location data, including the real-time geographic location of your Women of Faith computer or device. Where available, location-based services may use GPS, Bluetooth, and your IP Address, along with crowd-sourced Wi-Fi hotspot and cell tower locations, and other technologies to determine your devices’ approximate location. Unless you provide consent, this location data is collected anonymously in a form that does not personally identify you and is used by Women of Faith and our partners and licensees to provide and improve location-based products and services. For example, your device may share its geographic location with application providers when you opt in to their location services.

Some location-based services offered by Women of Faith, such as the “Find My iPhone” feature, require your personal information for the feature to work.

Your Access to and Control Over Your Personally Identifiable Information: At any time, and only once per calendar year, or as otherwise required under applicable law, users may contact Company to review the personally identifiable information that Company has collected about you. If you discover any errors, please notify Company and the information will be corrected. To review the personally identifiable information that company has collected about you, a request may be made directly to our "Contact Us" form or the mailing address below, with the subject line: “Personal Information Review Request.” Users may also request that Company delete a user account(s) or, if you have not established a user account, your email address, and any related data at any time. Waiver and Severability

Entire Agreement

This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, all of which taken together shall constitute only one instrument.
