Do You Know Someone with Anxiety?
Do you wonder, “How do I relieve anxiety and simply find some true peace?”
Scripture is powerful!
I encourage you to write these scriptures down and state them out loud!
Declare them over your life when you start feeling anxious.
1 Peter 5:7 says, “Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.”
Another scripture that has helped me during times of feeling anxious is Philippians 4:6-7. It says, “Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank Him for all He has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.”
Because I need to remind myself regularly not to become anxious, my life verse is Joshua 1:9. It says, “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid, do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
God will be with you wherever you go!
He is your protector, your provider, and your comforter.
