It’s about freedom, obedience, and walking in what God is calling us to: spirit, soul, and body.
In Part 1, we focus on the mindset shift: your body is not your own, it’s God’s temple. That changes everything. This isn’t about diet culture or vanity. It’s about honoring God by stewarding our health so we can live out our calling with energy and clarity.
I share my own story of reconnecting with my health journey and how it deepened my walk with the Lord. When I had more energy, my spiritual life flourished too. It’s all connected: body, soul, and spirit.
We also touch on sleep, morning routines, rest, hydration, and simple practices to start aligning your life today.
