Destructive, addictive behaviors often have common traits, and those who practice them can become so accustomed to these patterns that they are completely unaware of their impact. These harmful habits can sabotage personal and professional relationships, stifle spiritual growth, and hinder the development of Christlike character.
No matter how deeply ingrained or long-standing a habit may be, there is hope. With God’s help, you can break free.

Just as clothing identifies a person outwardly, your habits reveal the prevailing condition of your heart.
