A New Day, A New Start

Hey there!

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by your health journey, or even felt unsure of how your physical well-being connects to your faith, I want you to know, you are not alone.

One of the truths we unpack in Part 2 of Aligning Your Physical Health with Your Faith is this: your body is a vessel for God’s purpose, not a project to perfect.

What would shift in your life if you began treating your health as a form of worship?

Our health isn’t about chasing a number on the scale or striving to attain a certain appearance. It’s about honoring the Lord with the temple He’s given us.

It’s about stewarding our strength so we’re ready for service, not selfies. And friends, this journey begins in the heart, with a renewed mindset. We can begin with self control, a fruit of the spirit that the Bible assures us will help us put the desires of the flesh behind us (Galatians 5:22-23).

Maybe you’ve struggled with motivation. Maybe you’ve started and stopped a dozen times. It’s okay. His mercies are new every morning, and you can start again, today.

You don’t need a perfect diet or exercise plan. You need a purpose-filled one. And it starts by spending time with God, asking Him, “How do You want me to move forward?” He cares about every detail of your life, including your health.

I encourage you to watch or listen to the full episode, Aligning Your Physical Health with Your Faith | Part 2. There’s so much encouragement, truth, and practical wisdom waiting for you.

I’d love for you to share what resonates most with you in the comments on YouTube. I’ll be there with you, responding and praying.

Let’s walk this journey together, choosing purpose over appearance, and pursuing a spirit of excellence, not perfection.

I'm wildly cheering you!

Alita
