"You're going to learn HOW I LOVE..." The Adoption Story

Amanda Jenkins, the author of THE CHOSEN TV Series resources, sits down with host Alita Reynolds on the Women of Faith Show to discuss learning how God loves plus much more.

Amanda openly shares her struggle through the adoption process of their son.

She says, "It was not a pretty process. My son and I did not bond right away. It was a ripping off of the mask of who I thought I was. I thought I was loving and called to adoption because I care about children and that I was patient and a good mom. It turns out I was called because I was not those things. I thought I have got this. It turns out I did not have this. I broke down in a bathroom in Thailand and wondered 'what have I got myself into?'."

She continues in this video to say, "God said, 'You are going to learn how I love.'
